Job Description

• Your role will be to help the management to run the business smoothly with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
• You will be responsible for customer service, merchandising, staff, equipment, health and safety and implementing company policies and procedures.
• Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity and customer service
• Implementing the company's health and safety procedures.
• Keeping accurate records of all KPIs, overseeing the monitoring of individual performances and ensuring regular feedback is given.
• Responsible for the management and development of the Team Leader group ensuring expected standards are set and met.
• Maintaining productivity flow across operations, balancing pace to accuracy levels.
• Encouraging new ideas and improvements from Team Leaders and Operatives.
• Assisting with HR activities such as absence management, disciplinary matters, recruitment and training, development activities and deputizing for the departmental manager where necessary.
• Can work overtime to complete the daily tasks if necessary.
• Result-driven. Be able to develop and lead a team that hit department targets set by management.
• Also, adhere to monitoring the warehouse security, health and safety and comply with the company 6S procedure

Essential Skills and Experience

• 5 years experience in wholesale/warehousing/logistics as a supervisor
• Experience using WMS system(s)
• Can-do attitude and hands-on approach to management
• Ability to work in a fast pace trading environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-motivated, committed, highly organized and efficient.
• IT literate
• Passionate about your career and drive to success
• Preferred Qualifications
• Good level of numeracy and analytical skills
• Speaking and writing Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred
• Strong ability in handling numerous computer systems
• FLT Reach and Counterbalance qualification
